PLEASE READ THIS THOROUGHLY BEFORE PREPARING YOUR ABSTRACT
- Abstract must be submitted in form of Microsoft Word file (document file). The abstract should not exceed 300 words in length. Font used in the abstracts must be “Times New Roman”. Abstract saved in form of Picture or Clip file, such as Bitmap, JPEG or TIFF, is not acceptable.
- Only abstracts written in English will be accepted.
- CAPITALIZE the entire title and UNDERLINE the name of author who will present the paper. Abbreviations must not be used in the title. After the title, list the author’s names and institutional affiliations (OMIT degrees), titles, institutional appointments, address, Zip code and email address.
- Abstract will appear exactly as submitted. Abstract with smudges, errors, misspellings, incorrect hyphenations etc. (or not conforming to the prescribed rules) will require retyping at the author’s expense
- Abstracts that have been presented orally or as poster at a previous international meeting of this or any other society will be considered as illegible for presentation at this meeting.
- Presentation will be limited to 10 minutes, with 5 minutes for question
- Non-English speaking presenters must themselves arrange for translation into English, and must conform to time limitations.
- The abstract submission should be sent online submission
